What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Junior Data Analyst role where I can support recurring reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis, and build my SQL and analytics skills on healthcare and operational data alongside a data team.

At McHenry County College, I serve as the shared analytics resource for a five-department division. I built and maintain its primary Power BI reporting product, replacing a manual process with dashboards that directors use daily and row-level security for sensitive student records.

I pull and reconcile data from SAP and Colleague, and keep recurring Excel and Power BI reports current. For Registration, I estimated course demand in R using waitlist and enrollment history, accounting for duplicate students and multiple course selections before comparing demand with faculty and room capacity.

I also analyzed GPA, credit-load, and graduation outcomes for a scholarship program using regression and hypothesis testing. Before MCC, I registered patients in Epic as a Patient Service Representative at Advocate Aurora Health and analyzed patient feedback to identify drivers of satisfaction scores.
