At Solar Solutions (Pty) Ltd, I support solar inverters and BESS through product training, installation, implementation, and after-sales problem-solving.
I provide remote and on-site technical support, including inspections, repairs, inverter swaps, and maintenance. I also demonstrate new product functions and support technical communication with customers.
At Green Energy (Pvt) Ltd, I designed and sized solar and battery solutions, simulated systems with PVSYST, Helioscope, and Homer, and developed project plans for solar PV projects.
I also worked on procurement, installation delivery, system handovers, and after-sales service. Earlier, as a Trainee Electrical Engineer at Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission & Distribution Company (ZETDC), I trained in distribution networks, substations, and power protection systems.
