I'm an architect and design manager with 14+ years coordinating hospitality, commercial, institutional, and residential projects from concept through construction documentation.

At Borak Real Estate, I led design management and multidisciplinary consultant coordination for St. Regis Dhaka, Sheraton Dhaka, Westin Dhaka, Taj, Vivanta, Hyatt Centric, and hotel refurbishment projects. I managed design changes, value engineering, schedules, and reporting while aligning work with international operator standards.

I've directed site supervision, reviewed drawings and fit-out production, and coordinated architecture, interiors, structure, MEP, QS, vendors, and overseas manufacturing partners. My earlier work at Sanmar Properties, Architekton, Nawaz & Associates, and M.A.P.S Design built my grounding in working drawings, technical detailing, concepts, and execution.

Now working independently from Cyberjaya, I provide architectural, interior design, BIM modelling, consultant coordination, and construction documentation support for distributed teams. I'm also pursuing a Master's in Construction Technology Management focused on AI-enabled BIM for design coordination and construction project management.
