What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to lead design coordination and digital project delivery across multidisciplinary, international teams, particularly on hospitality and complex developments using BIM and AI-enabled construction workflows.

I’m an architect and senior design coordinator with 14+ years of experience delivering architectural, interior, hospitality, commercial, institutional, and residential projects from concept through construction documentation and site execution.

At Borak Real Estate, I led design coordination and multidisciplinary consultant management for major hospitality projects including St. Regis Dhaka, Sheraton Dhaka, Westin Dhaka, Taj, Vivanta, and Hyatt Centric. My responsibilities included design development, drawing reviews, design changes, value engineering, tender and construction documentation, project scheduling, reporting, and coordination with international operators and consultants.

I have coordinated architecture, interiors, structure, MEP, QS, vendors, contractors, and overseas manufacturing partners, while also supporting site supervision, fit-out execution, material coordination, and quality control.

My earlier experience in architectural design, interior design, 3D visualization, and construction documentation gives me a strong understanding of both design intent and buildability. I work with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion/D5, and other digital design tools, with growing expertise in BIM, BEP, digital project delivery, and AI applications in construction.

I’m currently based in Malaysia and open to remote, freelance, contract, and international opportunities in architectural design, design coordination, construction documentation, interior/fit-out design, and project support.
