What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a management-level role where I can lead administration, manpower, security, logistics, and workplace improvement initiatives to drive productivity and strategic development in a dynamic team.

I'm currently supporting Incepta Pharmaceuticals in Dhamrai, Dhaka, where I monitor security operations, logistics documentation, visitor handling, housekeeping, canteen management, pest control, and CCTV operations.

I train security and cleaning personnel, maintain daily activity logbooks, and coordinate weekly scrap management to support orderly, productive factory operations.

Previously at Pacific Jeans, I supervised production teams, tracked stock status, handled Oracle challans for shipment delivery, and led workplace safety, housekeeping, and 5S training. With an MBA in Management and PGDHRM, I'm focused on driving productivity and strategic development in a dynamic team.
