At Techtronic Industries, I lead enterprise inventory governance and supply planning for RYOBI Outdoor across The Home Depot’s national distribution and consolidation network. I provide executive decision support, assess SAP supply-planning capabilities, and lead cross-functional work that improves inventory visibility and working-capital decisions.

Previously, I owned multi-category planning for HART CPT, Floorcare, Canada, and DTC, building 24-month forecasts across more than 750 materials and 50 suppliers supporting $188M in revenue. I deployed ABC and XYZ inventory analysis that projected a 7% reduction in CPT-owned inventory and reduced Floorcare inventory by 37%.

I’ve led supply planning for HART Hand Tools and Power Tool Accessories, coordinated major Walmart product launches, managed sourcing transitions, and helped expand channels into Canada and Walmart Marketplace. I was also selected as a Super-User for the Logility implementation and received the TTI Circle of Excellence Award in 2021.

Earlier at Southern Tide and Bosch Rexroth, I built demand forecasts, planning tools, commercial reviews, business plans, and reforecasts. I bring an MBA, an accounting foundation, and a practical approach to aligning Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations around measurable inventory and service outcomes.
