In recent roles as an Enrollment Coordinator, I manage end-to-end enrollment processes and guide pharmacy clients through onboarding with education, documentation support, and compliance-focused execution. I’ve maintained trusted relationships with clients by serving as a reliable resource for enrollment, contracts, and operational support.

Earlier, as a Pharmacy Technician I, I handled inbound calls from pharmacies about rejected prescription insurance claims, troubleshooting issues and supporting provider needs. I assisted members with coverage, eligibility, and claims information, while accurately documenting interactions, claim activity, and case resolutions in internal systems and call logs.

As a Program Director, I directed pharmacy technician program operations—ensuring academic excellence, regulatory compliance, and achievement of institutional goals. I designed and improved curriculum aligned with industry standards and certification requirements, building engaging classroom, laboratory, and online learning experiences that strengthened student competency.
