At Comité sectoriel de la main d’oeuvre en transformation alimentaire, I’m analyzing 267 collective agreements and writing a detailed report on working conditions in Quebec’s food processing industry. I led an applied research project for the 9th edition of the analysis of collective agreements in the industry.
I developed an analytical framework comprising 200+ elements and indicators, including themes related to underrepresented groups, temporary migrant workers, and digital transformations of work. I also consult sector stakeholders to identify research needs and priorities.
At Université Laval, I’m a graduate research assistant on a project examining informality and legal marginalization among workers using digital applications. I conduct semi-structured interviews, code qualitative data using NVivo, and review academic and legal sources.
As a graduate teaching assistant for a Collective Labour Relations Law course, I graded examinations and provided feedback to the professor on exam questions and student performance. My research focuses on employment relationships, labour law, and workplace conditions.
