Jeslyn Juarez

I’m a motivated welding apprentice with experience in all aspects of welding, from preparation and shop execution to finishing work. I bring a strong, dependable work ethic and a focus on doing things the right way, including safe, careful handling of tools and materials.

In my welding and metal shop experience, I’ve worked with welding processes and production tasks such as weld symbols, plasma/oxyfuel cutting, and GTAW, flux core, SMAW, and GMAW. I’m comfortable working in a hands-on metal shop environment with hand tools, power tools, and metal shop machinery, and I’ve also assembled duct work and handled practical field tasks as part of my ongoing sheet metal work.

I’m committed to growing as a welder and building reliability on every job. I hold certifications including Osha-10 and Osha-30, Confined Spaces Training, and Forklift Certification, and I’ve supported fast-paced customer service roles that sharpen communication, adaptability, and attention to detail—skills I bring directly into my shop work as well.
