At Continental Industries Group, I coordinate cross-border rail shipments from the U.S. to Mexico and review export and shipping documents for accuracy. I also built a Power Automate workflow that extracts data from supplier PDFs into an Excel tracker, reducing manual data entry and errors.
Previously at SLB (Schlumberger), I managed the end-to-end purchase-order lifecycle in SAP ERP and supported inventory tasks and KPI reporting. I’ve also used Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and advanced Excel to resolve billing discrepancies and improve operational visibility.
