I would like to make the most of my customer services background by working in a customer focussed environment, making sure customers needs are addressed and dealt with in a timely, efficient and professional manner. I bring a kind, approachable and friendly manner, along with strong administrative and operational support.

As a Site Administrator/Site Lead on a pharmaceutical site, I manage GMP and DOC responsibilities, scheduling and staff timetable arrangements, and liaising with onsite area owners. I also support day-to-day compliance through ordering and procurement of supplies, training of staff, and hands-on GMP site coordination.

My technical foundation spans microbiology and quality control, including pH and assay testing, bioburden and endotoxin work, environmental monitoring, ICP-MS heavy metal and iron analysis, and analytical methods such as HPLC, FTIR, and UV. I create and maintain high standard laboratory documentation while keeping a high focus on health and safety, audits, and reliable test documentation.
