What I'm looking for

I'm seeking CAD drafting, architectural drafting, architectural documentation, construction coordination, and related roles with Australian companies. I'm open to remote, hybrid, or relocation arrangements.

At HOMMSS Builders and Development Corporation, I prepare and revise technical and architectural drawings for construction and development projects using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

I turn design requirements into 2D working drawings, construction documentation, and 3D architectural models, then produce visualisations in Lumion. My project exposure includes residential and commercial buildings, main offices, showrooms, warehouses, and industrial parks.

I work directly with contractors, engineers, and foremen through site inspections, drawing revisions, progress monitoring, and project coordination.

I also support maintenance for existing facilities and completed projects, while taking on independent residential architectural drafting and design work. I'm open to remote, hybrid, and relocation opportunities with Australian companies.
