I'm the technical owner for three HomeSource Systems enterprise applications supporting its retail POS ecosystem. I modernize legacy platforms, optimize high-volume workflows, and set long-term technical direction.

I redesigned Product Feeds with a Producer/Consumer pattern, building 13 manufacturer integrations and cutting synchronization time by more than 55%. I also built a configurable .NET and Quartz.NET scheduling platform for 1,100+ client databases, reducing nightly processing by over 50%.
