I’m a Dynamic Office Executive with hands-on experience supporting office operations, client inquiries, and meticulous record-keeping. I manage daily schedules, visitor logs, front desk documentation, and perform data entry using MS Excel and Word with a strong attention to detail.

I focus on practical accounting work, including basic billing entries, invoice generation, and timely invoice follow-ups. I’m proficient in bookkeeping and in accounts payable and receivable (A/P & A/R), including journal entries and general ledger management, with knowledge of US Accounting Principles (GAAP – Basics).

I’m committed to improving operational efficiency through clean workflows and fast learning. I work with tools like Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table), QuickBooks online (beginners), Zoho books, and I’m learning SAP fico (Fi&Co module) and Tally prime, while my CIA + (Certified Industrial Accountant- Plus) certification is ongoing.
