At CATE, I currently volunteer to support the team in assisting children in difficult situations. Before that, as a support agent on the 3PIER pilot project, I handled administrative follow-up for more than 200 children's files and coordinated field activities.

At CAPAM (ANPS), I maintained administrative records for 490 residents, welcomed and guided beneficiaries, and wrote regular reports for management. I also supported social and community activities and accompanied ill residents to the local hospital.

As a professional trainee and back-office agent at Média Contact Bénin, I followed up on client files, drafted correspondence, and used word-processing and spreadsheet tools to prepare and organize documents. I’m applying for the Administrative Secretary position at CNRD.
