Jayden Niemasz

I’m a Finance student at Lehigh University (Dean’s List, GPA 3.82) with a strong foundation in economics and statistical methods through coursework like “Introduction to Economics,” “Statistical Methods for Business,” and “Business Communication.” I’m focused on turning analysis into clear decisions and reliable outcomes.

I’ve built leadership and responsibility through experience as a Camp Counselor (ages 6–13), where I supervised children and led group events. I also learned how to stay dependable under pressure while working as a Food production member at Panera Bread, handling multiple kitchen tasks with limited staffing.

Outside of work, I keep sharpening my ability to explain complex ideas by tutoring students in statistics, calculus, and physics. I also bring a creative, detail-oriented perspective through Brown and White Photographer (school newspaper) and Kittatinny Photographer, where I’ve developed photojournalism skills by capturing sports, club, and on-campus events.

As part of Kittatinny Tennis, I won a Division Championship in 2023 & 2024 and advanced to State Quarter Finals, which reinforced consistency and performance mindset. Overall, I’m energized by roles where I can combine analytical thinking, clear communication, and leadership to contribute from day one.
