At Computer Vision-HTIC, IITM, I built an optical tracking pipeline using C++ and OpenCV, with PnP-based pose estimation and MATLAB camera calibration. I also implemented pivot calibration and camera-to-CT rigid registration.
I streamed real-time tool poses to 3D Slicer through a Python OpenIGTLink server and evaluated tracking accuracy across the working volume. I also automated ASTM divot-point data collection and developed multi-face marker tracking for a monocular camera and an AR headset.
At Cyfotok, I performed third-party risk assessments and reviewed SOC 2 reports and supporting evidence to identify security control gaps. I documented findings in Archer and supported vendor onboarding and due diligence. My biomedical engineering projects include deep learning models for diabetic foot ulcer risk classification and skin disease classification.
