What I'm looking for

I'm a biomedical engineering graduate with hands-on exposure to third-party risk management, computer vision, and AI/ML projects. I'm ready to contribute to different tasks and domains.

At Computer Vision-HTIC, IITM, I built an optical tracking pipeline in C++ and OpenCV using PnP-based pose estimation, with MATLAB camera calibration. I also implemented pivot calibration and camera-to-CT rigid registration.

I streamed real-time tool poses to 3D Slicer through a Python OpenIGTLink server. I evaluated tracking accuracy across the working volume and built multi-face marker tracking for a monocular camera and an AR headset.

On a team project, I built DFU-ThermoNet, a Spiking Transformer for diabetic foot ulcer risk classification, which reached 96.8% accuracy on 1,670 thermal images. The project mapped risk across four angiosome regions and generated reports through a web interface.

At Cyfotok, I performed third-party risk assessments, reviewed SOC 2 reports and audit evidence, and documented findings in Archer. I’ve also worked on an AI-driven skin disease classification project with Grad-CAM explainability and severity grading.
