At Tata Consultancy Services, I design, publish, and support enterprise Power BI solutions for cybersecurity, patch compliance, vulnerabilities, employee training, and operational KPIs.

I manage Power BI Service workspaces, scheduled refreshes, deployments, production support, and incident resolution. I build governed semantic models, implement Row-Level Security, and create reusable data models and Dataflows.

Previously at Teleperformance, I developed automated SQL and Power BI reporting solutions, maintained production Power BI Service solutions, and created operational dashboards and productivity KPIs across multiple business lines.

Across more than six years in business intelligence, I’ve delivered analytics for over 100 management-level stakeholders and reduced manual reporting effort by approximately five hours per week through Power BI, SQL, and Power Automate.
