What I'm looking for

I’m looking to advise banks and clients on green lending and ESG reporting, turning IFI-aligned standards into practical ESMS, eligibility assessments, and data workflows—while leading training and policy integration that strengthens decision-making.

I’m a senior ESG and climate finance consultant with over nine years advising commercial and development banks in Azerbaijan on green lending, portfolio-level E&S screening, eligibility assessment, and policy development aligned with IFI and international frameworks—including IFC Performance Standards, TCFD, CSRD, and IFRS S2.

I’ve built and secured board approval for Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) at AccessBank, integrated ESG into credit and investment decision-making at the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF), and continue delivering ESG advisory and reporting support through roles at SOCAR Green and Verde 365. I’m known for translating standards into practical appraisal tools, donor/IFI reporting data workflows, and workshop-based training for loan officers across Azerbaijani, Russian, and English-speaking teams.
