At DCM Services, I own client integrations from discovery and data mapping through C#/.NET and SQL development, testing, deployment, and production support. I build API- and file-based workflows that transform, validate, reconcile, and export financial and account data across REST/JSON, XML, CSV, fixed-width, delimited, and Excel formats.
I automate recurring operational processes with VisualCron, C#/.NET, and SQL, and I troubleshoot complex workflows across modern and legacy systems to deliver durable fixes that protect downstream operations. I also use Cursor, Claude, and ChatGPT to interpret specifications, debug issues, improve efficiency, document legacy systems, and modernize code.
Earlier, I built backend C# logic for insurance enrollment forms at Ease and taught UNIX/Linux, PHP web development, and CompTIA A+ courses at Richmond Community College.
