At GID - General Investment and Development, I develop software for desktop and mobile operating systems and work with other engineers to improve software and hardware interfaces. I’ve also contributed across the systems development lifecycle, from gathering requirements through production releases.
I worked with Operations on the Windsor Bonus Portal, a centralized system for managing bonus programs across GID and Windsor. It supports allocation, tracking, reporting, approval levels, automated notifications and escalations, and direct integration with Payroll.
I also worked on CLAIRE, a web application for managing incident and claim reporting across GID and Windsor. Earlier, at AJO Partners, I developed .NET and SQL tools and workflows for business processes, and I created a .NET application for entering and manipulating data in a SQL database.
