At Mindr, I supervise 62 employees across seven departments and oversee order fulfillment, receiving, inventory, and quality management. I also hire, train, coach, and mentor employees while ensuring compliance with procedures and audit standards, including ISO 9000.
At Swire Coca Cola, I managed 30 drivers and planned daily routes in SAP. I helped bring the delivery percentage from 63% to 99.98% in 2016, and it was maintained since.
As a Livestock Hauler / Driver Lead at Transervice Logistics, I transported livestock and worked with third-party vendors to maintain a fleet of more than 30 vehicles. I also processed driver paperwork and helped address driver issues while on call overnight.
With the National Guard, I serve as a Forward Support Signal NCO and have been deployed to Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan. I’ve been responsible for secure communications and military communication equipment, and I train personnel on communications and escort procedures.
