I'm improving MTN Ghana's digital experiences through UI/UX design, usability testing, accessibility work, and data-informed recommendations.
As a Graduate Trainee at MTN Ghana, I supported end-to-end testing for the myMTN app and facilitated an accessibility workshop for visually impaired users. Their feedback informed WCAG-compliant accessibility enhancements.
