What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a quality assurance role where I can build automation frameworks, test healthcare applications, collaborate in Agile teams, and continue growing in Selenium, Cucumber, and Playwright.

At EXL Services, I develop and maintain Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber automation scripts for Humana Healthcare provider onboarding, credentialing, and provider data management platforms.

I've automated more than 300 regression test cases, reducing manual testing effort and execution time. I design and execute functional, regression, integration, UAT, and SIT testing while validating provider data, member enrollment, and workflow functionality.

Previously at Access Healthcare, I tested healthcare applications and billing workflows for revenue cycle management, including patient registration, insurance verification, and claim processing modules.

I work closely with business analysts, developers, and clients during Agile sprints, track defects in Azure DevOps, and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions to onboard new team members. I bring hands-on experience across healthcare domain applications, test planning, test execution, and defect reporting.
