At AMERICAN NATIONAL, I architect behavioral risk and training strategy across 4,000+ employees, replacing compliance-driven mandates with a Just Culture model designed to reduce operational friction and encourage voluntary incident reporting.
I designed and launched Project Forge, a workforce listening network that surfaces frontline behavioral telemetry and aligns risk priorities across Legal, Compliance, and Engineering. I also support Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption with training on data boundaries, prompt verification, and shadow-agent risk.
For enterprise AI implementations, I developed structured prompt-auditing protocols to validate reasoning and detect model drift and data leakage. I also translate threat simulation and behavioral risk measures into executive dashboards.
Earlier at AMERICAN NATIONAL, I developed PowerShell audit pipelines for Active Directory and Entra ID service accounts and governed IAM access lifecycles. My background also includes IT service desk work, a cybersecurity internship, and technical lab instruction.
