On Wear and Care, a clothing donation app, I researched the needs and motivations of donors and NGO representatives, then used personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide the design.

I created wireframes and an accessible high-fidelity prototype in Figma, and published a Behance case study documenting the design process. I earned the Google UX Design Professional Certificate, covering the full UX process from research through usability testing.
