At Electrum, I supported users with day-to-day technical issues and assisted the IT team with ongoing projects.
I prepared computer hardware, peripherals, and software for end users, and installed, updated, and maintained applications.
I also assisted with troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and workstation issues, helping prepare equipment for daily work.
As a Computer Science student at Bialystok University of Technology, I’m studying programming, databases, operating systems, and computer networks. My training also covered computer systems, local networks, web technologies, and databases.
