I’m a Senior Lifestyle/Property Accountant who builds monthly financial packages for up to 15 properties and keeps investors informed with clear, property-level reporting. I maintain daily cash reports to verify activity and notify stakeholders when cash is needed.
In every role, I own the details that protect accuracy: I prepare monthly accruals and perform detailed monthly reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring 100% accurate financial records. I also routinely follow up on outstanding checks so vendor payments stay up to date.
Previously as an Associate Accountant, I produced monthly and quarterly financial packages, variance reports for management, and supported the creation and review of annual budgets. I’ve also led property-team check-ins and, earlier in my career, managed fast-paced operations as a shift lead—building the discipline and attention to detail I bring to accounting.
