At Kyndryl, I coordinate enterprise vulnerability remediation from Qualys VMDR findings through validation and closure. I prioritize Critical, High, and Medium findings using CVSS, asset criticality, business impact, and exposure.

I work across Windows, Linux, application, network, and patch-management teams to coordinate remediation, emergency patching, rescans, SLA tracking, and stakeholder reporting. I also support asset discovery, Qualys Cloud Agent coverage, Container Security, and File Integrity Monitoring.

Previously at TCS, I managed monthly Windows security patching and SCCM software-update deployments for enterprise servers and endpoints. I investigated failed deployments, monitored compliance, supported change windows, and helped resolve Critical Microsoft vulnerabilities.

Across 17+ years in IT infrastructure, I’ve supported Windows servers, networks, endpoint administration, Active Directory, SQL database backup and recovery, and system operations. I bring practical security remediation experience backed by Microsoft SC-200 certification.
