Jana Heinzmann

I’m a marketing intern in Stadtmarketing and tourism-focused work, with hands-on experience creating content for a city and supporting visitor-facing communication. I enjoy turning ideas into clear social media posts and practical print materials that people actually want to use.

During my Stadtmarketing internship, I created social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I also contributed to a Cityguide and an image brochure, gaining a strong sense of how local stories and destinations can be presented convincingly.

In another internship with a tourism organization, I supported the introduction and creation of a new website and a new corporate design. I also helped with organizing downtown events, coordinating day-to-day tasks to keep projects moving smoothly.

Alongside my studies in Tourismusmanagement at Hochschule Heilbronn, I work in backoffice/minijob support at a Reisecenter. I use tools and content management systems, provide technical support when needed, and communicate with travel providers—so I’m comfortable working across marketing, operations, and travel-related workflows.
