What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote opportunities evaluating AI content, search quality, or training data where I can apply structured analysis, fact-checking, quality assurance, and clear written feedback.

I evaluate AI-generated content and training data for accuracy, relevance, coherence, safety, and policy compliance. Through freelance work with Alignerr and Babel Audio, I fact-check model responses, identify hallucinations and bias, grade outputs against structured rubrics, and annotate audio for speech recognition and conversational AI development.

At Welocalize, I assessed search results, web pages, ads, and digital content for relevance, quality, usefulness, and compliance, providing structured feedback to improve algorithm performance and user experience.

I also bring high-volume customer service experience from LifeProtect 24/7 and retail environments, where I handled confidential information, documented interactions accurately, and supported customers in fast-paced settings.
