At Grant & Giving, I build and strengthen fundraising operations for mission-driven organisations. I developed a ten-pillar diagnostic framework to identify gaps and help clients improve their systems while retaining capability.
At UNIMAC Cameroon, I assess fundraising and partnership infrastructure and direct the grant lifecycle across concurrent funding streams. I also maintain a qualified funding pipeline and strengthen proposal-development processes.
At TNYMEF Uganda, I advise the executive committee on fundraising strategy and guide grant research, proposal development, and funder engagement. This work supported a $5,000 grant from the Angel Heart and Soul Foundation for programme needs including scholarships for 50 beneficiaries.
Previously, at The Warmth Initiative, I developed a donor database, grant tracker, and CRM system, and authored grant templates and case-for-support materials. At Our Safe Space US, I secured a $2,500 grant and managed grant lifecycle activities, budget oversight, and compliance.
