At Builder Services Network (California Living& Energy), I perform residential and commercial energy modeling for California construction projects. I analyze building performance and recommend cost-effective energy efficiency improvements.
I consult with builders, architects, and project stakeholders on compliance requirements, and prepare energy compliance documentation supporting permit approvals.
I manage departmental workflow across concurrent projects, coordinate communication among internal departments, and generate performance and earnings reports for leadership. I also train new employees on software, processes, and department procedures.
Earlier, as a Research Assistant at University of California, Merced, I conducted mathematical research involving compressed sensing and developed numerical approximation methods using MATLAB. I also assisted with technical research resulting in an IEEE conference publication.
