What I'm looking for
I’m a POD Lead (LLM) focused on LLM evaluation, alignment, and continuous improvement. I design and maintain efficient, high-quality R code to train, optimize, benchmark, and analyze model behavior for real user needs.
In my current role at Turing, I evaluate and rank AI model responses across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria. I also create comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, lead Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) with task-specific datasets, and collaborate on RLHF to refine reward models.
Previously, I’ve worked as an LLM Developer at Turing, fine-tuning models such as Llama3, Llama4, and o1-mini for technical prompt generation using Python and C++. I’ve focused on RLHF, semantic alignment, and unit testing to improve reliability and performance.
Earlier in my career, I led ML development at AMIIQ for health-related computer vision, built end-to-end pipelines using YOLO and RAG at Genx Integrated Systems, and taught AI/ML/DL courses at KUST while completing doctoral research on Alzheimer’s detection and genetic analysis. I bring strong technical depth, effective collaboration, and a self-motivated drive to search, learn, and iterate—always with clarity, relevance, and technical accuracy in mind.
