At Efferent, I architected a resilient, scalable cloud-based SaaS healthcare platform with worldwide coverage and invented a medical integration device that received a patent.
I researched healthcare technologies and standards, including DICOM, HL7, and FHIR, and evaluated AI-based functionality across traditional machine learning, deep learning, and LLM approaches. I also built a multidisciplinary DevOps team.
For Ministerio de Defensa del Perú, I served as principal consultant and Software Architect for the Joint Command and Control System (C4I) Wiracocha, shaping an interoperable nationwide system for the Peruvian Navy, Army, and Air Forces while advising an internal R&D team.
Earlier, I designed radiology applications and integration tools at FusionOne Healthcare Inc., and led an automated testing team at Philips Medical Systems. My work has also included cloud geotechnical software, military command and control systems, and naval modernization projects.
