I’m a Registered Nurse and Administrative Supervisor with 20+ years of experience across acute care, telehealth, cardiac, neurological, and medical-surgical settings. I focus on improving continuity of care, reducing avoidable utilization, and strengthening patient outcomes through clinical excellence and operational leadership.

In my current Telehealth Nurse role at ChenMed, I conduct telephonic assessments, triage, patient education, and care coordination for a high-volume primary care population. I implement evidence-based remote monitoring and follow-up protocols to improve patient engagement and treatment adherence, while supporting chronic disease management through proactive outreach and symptom assessment.

As an Administrative Supervisor at Lee Health, I oversee hospital operations during assigned shifts—coordinating staffing, patient flow, and administrative functions across multiple units. I partner with unit leaders to resolve operational challenges, maintain safe staffing levels, and respond to emergency codes as a key liaison among clinical teams and external agencies.

Earlier, as a staff nurse (and staff nurse/Administrative supervisor) at acute care hospitals, I delivered comprehensive nursing care in fast-paced environments and supported high acuity step-down patients. I initiated rapid response activations, managed after-hours operations and bed management, and mentored newly hired nursing staff to build onboarding and clinical competency.
