At Freyr Solutions, I support pharmaceutical operations and project management activities for a client project, focusing on electronic document management and document lifecycle maintenance.

I manage regulatory and non-regulatory document archiving in Mediva and Veeva Vault. I also supported the migration of 1,000+ approved study reports into regulatory EDMS and tracked their transfer to the appropriate repository.

For reference management, I used EndNote to assign 300+ requests to authors, requested articles through RightFind, and added references to Mediva. I also coordinated workflows from authoring through QC review, formatting checks, and final approval.

Previously, as Managing Editor at Pulsus, I reviewed scientific manuscripts, coordinated peer review and production workflows, and supported volume and issue releases. As a Research Associate (Trainee) at Dr. Reddy’s Institute of Life Sciences (DRILS), I supported cancer-model and small-molecule screening research using zebrafish embryos.
