What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role as an Operations Support Specialist, Non-Clinical Operations Associate, Regulatory Operations Associate, EDMS Specialist, or Project Management and Document Management Specialist.

At Freyr Solutions, I support pharmaceutical operations for a client project, with a focus on electronic document management and document lifecycle maintenance.

I manage regulatory and non-regulatory document archiving in Mediva and Veeva Vault. I’ve also supported migration of 1,000+ approved study reports into regulatory EDMS and coordinated their transfer to the appropriate repository.

For reference management, I use EndNote to assign requests to authors, request articles through RightFind, add references to Mediva, and update trackers. I also coordinate document workflows from authoring through QC review and final approval.

Previously, at Pulsus, I reviewed scientific manuscripts, assigned peer reviewers, and coordinated editorial and production workflows. As a Research Associate (Trainee) at Dr. Reddy’s Institute of Life Sciences (DRILS), I supported cancer-model research and small-molecule screening using zebrafish embryos.
