At Take Control Insurance Agency, I configured GoHighLevel workflows and follow-up sequences for lead nurturing and appointment scheduling, saving an estimated 2–4 hours of manual work per day. I also booked 20+ appointments per week by qualifying leads and following up on missed or pending responses.

I built a B2B lead generation pipeline that scores prospects and manages personalized outreach, and a rent collection platform for Stanton Management using two-way Twilio messaging. My work draws on a Computer Engineering background and certifications in HighLevel CRM, Make, Zapier, and n8n.
