What I'm looking for

I seek roles combining presenting and content production in food/drink media or leadership roles in beverage operations, valuing creative teams, editorial influence and growth opportunities.

I am a seasoned presenter and broadcaster with extensive experience across television and radio, specialising in food, drink and live hosting. I have presented on major UK shows including Saturday Kitchen, Good Morning Britain and BBC Food Programme, and I am confident pitching, editing and producing content for TV and radio.

Alongside broadcasting, I built and led Wild Card Brewery from start-up to award-winning producer, managing production, supply chains and a team of 12, and authoring a No.1 Amazon bestselling drinks book. My industry recognition includes Brewery of the Year 2023, Brewer of the Year (2018, 2022) and roles such as SIBA Director.

I combine on-air presenting, voice acting and audio editing with commercial and operational leadership, bringing creativity, technical brewing knowledge and strong communication skills to roles that blend media and the food & beverage sector.
