Jaden Jeffrey

At the University of Malaya, I’m pursuing a full-time PhD in Cyber Security after completing my Master of Cyber Security with Distinction. My master’s research examined vulnerabilities and cyber threats in educational enterprise environments through controlled penetration testing.

For my research project, I evaluated security weaknesses and developed recommendations to strengthen security controls and defensive practices. I also developed a blockchain-based vehicle management solution for my bachelor’s capstone, designed to improve transparency, data integrity, and security.

As a Risk Assessment & Compliance Intern at Modern College of Business and Science, I assisted with information security risk assessment documentation and supported compliance activities. I’m currently seeking a remote, part-time cybersecurity role alongside my PhD to gain hands-on industry experience and apply academic knowledge to real-world security challenges.
