At Universidad Internacional del Ecuador (UIDE), I receive, review, track, and manage documents and requests for processing and approval. I also update records and follow up on cases to support timely responses.
I use Salesforce CRM to maintain organized records and manage information in line with institutional procedures and confidentiality requirements. I support users through in-person, phone, and digital channels, coordinating requests with internal teams.
Previously, I was a Consultor Educativo at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (PUCE), where I guided users, routed requests, and followed up on administrative processes. Before that, I was a Consultor at Universidad de las Américas (UDLA), supporting internal and external clients and updating prospect information.
I’m a lawyer registered with Ecuador’s Foro de Abogados and hold a degree in International Business. I completed a master’s in Data Protection at UIDE in 2026.
