What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a security role where I can run vulnerability management, improve incident response, and strengthen IAM/zero-trust—while collaborating across IT and building practical ISO-aligned programs.

I’m an information security professional focused on making security programs measurable and operational. As Security Information Coordinator at Efyde (Smart+), I lead identity and access management and zero-trust network access organization-wide, and I run the vulnerability management program end-to-end—from penetration testing through remediation.

I also own escalated security incidents, investigating and containing issues while coordinating response across IT teams. I drive ISO/IEC 27001:2022 compliance through gap assessments, control mapping, and a custom-built tool to support consistent implementation.

Before this role, I built deep hands-on security experience as a Jr. Security Engineer, supporting EDR/SIEM platforms, executing endpoint protection migrations, and conducting internal penetration testing and vulnerability assessments. I complement that with teaching—at ULSA Chihuahua I teach information security (cryptography, network defense, attack analysis) and run a web development course covering Django, Docker, and Linux server deployment, designing curricula and mentoring students through real-world capstones.
