What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build useful software products in a collaborative environment where I can apply responsive design, UX/UI feedback, full-stack development, and a growth-minded approach to problem-solving.

I built the remote job board Himalayas from the ground up as the sole developer on a three-person team, working closely with a designer and product manager. I developed its responsive front end from Figma designs and built backend features including REST APIs, search, and employer interfaces.

I've also contributed to the startup's accounting, administration, marketing, and SEO while collaborating asynchronously in a remote environment. My work combines HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Git, and GitHub.

Alongside software development, I teach and support young programmers at Code Camp, helping students troubleshoot independently through clarifying questions, feedback, and personalised instruction. My teaching background in Mathematics and Computer Education reinforces my focus on growth mindset, problem-solving, and learning through feedback.
