I’m a Founder and Managing Director with 7 years of hands-on experience running a regulated, VAT-registered company serving South African government clients. I’m now targeting financial operations and compliance roles in international fintech and financial services. I combine a BTech in Financial Information Systems (SQL, VBA, advanced Excel) with FSCA regulatory certifications (RE1 Key Individual and RE5 Representative examinations; Class of Business in Short-Term Insurance, Personal and Commercial Lines, 95%). This blend of compliance knowledge and data-capable execution helps me translate requirements into practical processes. I’m comfortable adopting new claims, CRM and compliance platforms quickly.

In my current role, I maintain full statutory and regulatory compliance for a registered company—covering CIPC records, SARS VAT registration and returns, Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, B-BBEE documentation, and tax clearance. I prepare and submit compliant bids for government tenders (RFQs/RFPs), assembling due-diligence documentation packs, statutory declarations, and pricing schedules under strict deadlines. I also conduct vendor and subcontractor due diligence by verifying registrations, tax status, references, and managing supplier performance against agreed service levels.

I administer contracts, quotations, invoices, and project budgets, and I perform margin and variance analysis while reconciling supplier accounts using advanced Excel. Beyond the numbers, I coordinate multi-stakeholder operations for national and multilateral events and serve as primary client contact for government departments, managing communication, reporting, and issue escalation. I’m fully equipped for remote work across time zones.
