I am a results-driven and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Diploma in Accounting. I have hands-on experience preparing financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations, managing payroll and statutory filings, and supporting tax compliance for individuals and corporations.

In my role as an Accountant & Tax Assistant, I supported preparation and filing of KRA statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, HELB, withholding tax, and income tax via iTax), conducted bank reconciliations, processed accounts payable/receivable, and prepared draft tax computations. I regularly used QuickBooks and Excel for data capture, analysis, and reporting, and I researched changes in Kenyan tax law to advise clients and ensure compliance.
