At Amdocs, I use SQL and Excel to analyze large customer datasets and improve data consistency and validation for KPI reporting.
I build analytics-ready data models on Snowflake and automate recurring ETL and reporting workflows with Python, reducing manual preparation time. I also develop Spark and AWS S3 data pipelines to support analytics and reporting.
I supported Amdocs’ Teradata-to-Snowflake migration through reconciliation and data quality checks. In a project analyzing U.S. airline cancellations, I used SQL to examine operational metrics and built Tableau dashboards with validation checks.
