Isabelle Hjelden
@isabellehjelden
Senior implementation consultant using data analysis to improve reporting accuracy.
What I'm looking for
I’m an analytical consultant with a background in computer science and mathematics, focused on making reporting reliable and software implementations stick. I specialize in data validation, report analysis, data conversion, workflow design, and technical training that supports real operational adoption.
In my current role as a Senior Implementation Consultant, I manage client software onboarding end-to-end—starting with onboarding, workflow analysis, and training, then moving into post-implementation support. I gather and analyze operational information to shape software configuration and plan implementations that match how teams actually work.
I generate, analyze, and validate daily operational reports (including KPI, commission, and tax reporting) and investigate discrepancies to identify root causes of inaccurate or misleading data. I process, standardize, and format customer datasets to meet system requirements, and I support extraction and migration of data from external Dealer Management Systems into internal environments.
I also communicate technical concepts clearly through client meetings, hands-on guidance, and end-user training. Before this, I supported students as a Learning Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota, Morris, strengthening my ability to explain complex quantitative topics and adapt instruction to knowledge gaps.
