I have over six years of experience in customer service, sales, and administrative support. Most recently, I worked as a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, handling high volumes of calls, resolving client issues, and managing accounts efficiently. Prior to that, I worked as a Sales Associate and Receptionist at Yoga Lab and Club Pilates, where I managed bookings, memberships, payments, and front desk operations while providing excellent customer support.

I am skilled in account management, billing and payment processing, scheduling, and data entry. I excel at problem-solving, communication, and multitasking in fast-paced environments. I also have experience with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and maintaining accurate records.

Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelors in Health Science at Florida Gulf Coast University.
